Junior Full Stack Developer

Gordian Analytics, a Swiss company building AI agents for supply chain operations, is looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our remote team. If you're passionate about software development, eager to grow fast, and excited to work on real-world AI projects, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, test, and deploy full-stack features for AI-powered tools and applications
  • Work closely with our founder and senior engineers on fast-moving projects
  • Take ownership of modules from concept to production
  • Contribute to both frontend and backend codebases
  • Learn, adapt, and grow in a high-impact startup environment

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in full-stack web development
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, etc.)
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
  • Interest in AI and willingness to learn AI-related development patterns
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

Would Be Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
  • Exposure to AI/ML workflows or APIs
  • Working knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD
