Gordian Analytics builds an AI agent workforce that automates supply chain operations for mid-size and large enterprises. Our mission is simple to say and hard to do: take the repetitive, high-stakes work that runs a supply chain (forecasting, sourcing, reconciliation) and let coordinated AI agents do it, so your people can focus on the decisions that actually need them.
The problem: the supply chain doesn't talk to itself
Enterprises already run on powerful systems: ERP, procurement suites, and planning tools. Yet the work between those systems is still done by hand. Teams spend their days matching: demand against supply, requirements against suppliers, invoices against quotes against bank statements. Every handoff is another spreadsheet, another email, another manual reconciliation.
At enterprise scale, that's thousands of hours a month and real money lost to errors, overpayments, missed savings, and slow decisions. The systems store the data. They don't close the loop.
Our insight: the supply chain is a matching problem
Look closely at sourcing, planning, and payables and the bottleneck is the same in each: keeping what you planned, what you bought, and what you paid in agreement, and keeping all three honest.
Forecasting is matching future demand to supply. Sourcing is matching your needs to the right supplier at the right price. Reconciliation is matching the invoice to the quote and the payment. It's one unsolved problem wearing three different costumes, and until now it needed human eyes on every line.
For the first time, AI agents can do this work end to end: read the documents, talk to the systems, do the matching, and escalate only the exceptions to a person. That's what Gordian is built to do.
What we build
Gordian is an agent workforce for supply chain operations: a coordinated team of AI agents that plug into the systems an enterprise already runs and take work off the team. Three agents, working as one loop:
Forecasting
Predicts what the business will need, and when.
RFQ & Sourcing
Finds and evaluates suppliers, collects and scores quotes, and recommends the award.
Invoice Reconciliation
Matches invoices to quotes and bank statements, and flags only the exceptions.
They don't work in isolation. A forecast becomes a sourcing requirement; an approved quote becomes the reference an invoice is checked against; actual spend and supplier performance flow back to make the next cycle smarter. One control tower coordinates the whole loop: agents that act, not dashboards that report.
